    A seven-year-old boy taking care of his sick sister was killed amid alleged police anti-drug efforts in Consolacion, Cebu on Saturday. Saniño Butucan was hit by a stray bullet as four alleged policemen repeatedly fired at an alleged drug financier, the boy's family claimed.
